We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or defects. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@peachylove.in. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Damaged or defective product will be eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit for the full value of the item within 3-5 business days.

3. Why We Don’t Offer Returns

Each Peachylove piece is crafted with love and often made to order. We do not resell returned products to maintain high quality and hygiene. This ensures that you always receive jewellery that is brand new, untouched, and uniquely yours.
