At Peachylove.in, we take pride in creating beautiful jewellery, and we want you to love what you ordered. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make things right with a replacement or store credit.
Here’s everything you need to know about our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible products within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The product must have all the tags attached.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
How to initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@peachylove.in with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
2. Exchanges & Store Credit
Instead of a refund, we offer you two great options:
- Exchange: If you want a different item, we’ll help you exchange the product, so you can pick something you love.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue you a store credit for the value of your purchase, which can be used for any future order.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange or store credit within 7-10 business days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Within India: We offer free return shipping for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the return is due to reasons other than an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- International Orders: For international returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that’s damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the item at support@peachylove.in. We will either offer you a replacement or issue store credit for the full value of the product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order only before it is shipped. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled but can be returned for a replacement or store credit.
7. Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
While we don’t provide refunds, we offer flexible solutions to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. We believe that with a replacement or store credit, we can give you a shopping experience that ensures satisfaction and value.
